Dear 8er friends,
some amazing statistics of the past International 8-series meeting in Munich
116 cars & drivers took part in the meeting.
107 cars showed up for the grand photo shooting in front of the FIZ.
5 out of 57 produced Alpina B12 5.7 were presented. One of them normally sleeping in an overseas garage (USA)
Additional figures & facts
198 participants travelled with
116 8-series cars a total of
64.027 kms to be part of this amazing meeting.
The accumulated cost of petrol was approx. 13.825,-EUR
(assuming an average fuel consumption of 16ltr/100km -> approx. 10.240 liters @
1.35€/Ltr.)
This amount of fuel was consumed by
37.757 PS , working in
1.332 cylinders (1.212 in V12- and 120 in V8-engines) with a total of
587,9 ltrs displacement .
The following model distribution was noted:
